Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at help@zkeebs.com before your order is shipped. We will process all refund processes as soon as possible. We will also accept full refunds, bearing that there is no damage to the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Broken, damaged items
We do our best to package all orders as best as we can, but accidents can occur when shipping items domestically or internationally. If any item in your order arrives broken or damages, please contact us ASAP so we can assist. Would recommend using the Shiptech shipping insurance for damage, theft, or loss for your item.
