How long will it take to process my order?
- All orders, besides the lubed and filmed switches, take anywhere between 24-48 hours to fulfill. During high volume sales this may extend all the way up to 72 hours.
- All item are shipped from Vacaville, CA
How long will it take to get my order?
- It depends on where you are. After orders are shipped, delivery will take around 1-3 days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-8 days.
What shipping carriers do you use?
- We use USPS, and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. UPS is used for all international orders.
International Orders
- Customs and/or important duties and taxes may apply in your country upon arrival. In these cases, the charges are paid for by the customer, and ZKeebs is not responsible for these additional fees. If you are unsure, please check with your local tax and import offices for more information
How can I cancel my order?

Turnaround time for lubed filmed switches / Lubed and wire balanced stabs
- All lubed and filmed switches, and stabs are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for lubed and filmed switches, and stabs to be made and shipped. Switches and stabs may be shipped out sooner, depending on amount of orders, as they are made to order. Would recommend not choosing faster shipping due to the processing time for the lubed and filmed switches.
